Temporary Payroll Administrator

Search Consultancy are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join a well know organisation. This role is temporary and you will be working fully on site with full time hours.If you have a passion for payroll and are looking for a role where you can make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
