Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and proactive ANPR Surveyor/Project Manager to support our growing ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) programme. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is based in Huddersfield, with travel to construction and retail sites across the UK required up to 60% of the time. A full driving licence and a personal vehicle insured for business use are essential.
This is a dynamic position for someone with a “can-do” attitude, a strong knowledge of the construction industry, and a firm understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations. Flexibility is offered, depending on the nature of the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end survey process for ANPR camera installations.
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess suitable power sources, cable routes, and optimal camera placements.
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate survey records and ensure all documentation is reviewed and approved prior to distribution.
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in ANPR, CCTV, and/or electrical systems is essential.
- Educated to degree level or HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and CDM regulations.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (insured for business use).
- Valid CSCS card (Black, Gold, or White).
- Excellent IT, communication, and time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
