Teacher of Maths

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Huddersfield to recruit a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to join a supportive department and make a real impact on students' progress and attainment.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum and departmental standards
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student development

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Has experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a commitment to raising attainment
• Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to professional development
• Has a current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
