We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in our brand-new store located in the Marketgate Shopping Centre. Lancaster is a historic city which offers a range of shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. With excellent transport links, including easy access to nearby cities, our new store offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development. It’s an exciting place to be and we’re looking for someone to help drive the success of our brand new store.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
