They invest in staff through individual training and development programs, with a strong commitment to promoting from within.We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, a drive to succeed, and a passion for growth in a friendly and supportive work environment.The Role:As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service while providing a range of luxurious treatments. You’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional experience and leave feeling refreshed and pampered.Key Responsibilities:- Provide bespoke treatments including pregnancy massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials and more.- Reflect the positive image of the destination spa, delivering a warm, friendly, and professional service.- Offer in-depth knowledge and advice on spa products and procedures.- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the spa.- Work on a shift rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays.What They Offer:- Full training with their partnered brands and treatments.- Retail commission, incentives and tips.- Opportunity to work in a beautiful eco-friendly building, contributing to a sustainable business.- Be part of a forward-thinking, passionate team.- Opportunity for career progression within a supportive environment.Requirements:- NVQ Level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent qualifications.- Fully qualified in massage and facials.- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome those with a genuine desire to prove themselves as first-time therapists.- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we welcome passionate individuals ready to begin their spa therapy careers.- A customer-focused approach with a warm, friendly personality.Working Hours:- 30 hours- Typical treatment hours are 11am to 7pm.- 4 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis, planned one months in advance.All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
