In this role you will work both with classes and individuals, supporting teaching in secondary classrooms. Helping to aid student understanding, you will be a valuable link between the teacher and students that may be struggling, making a real difference in the school experience of everyone involved. Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
