Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 doe

Contract: 18 Month FTC

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Content Creator to join their dynamic team. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and executing digital content & strategies to enhance the digital presence and engagement of their business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create high-quality digital content, including web, email, video, and bite-size webinars, to support product launches and drive portfolio pull-through using digital channels. This role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 and is based in Huddersfield.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Content Creator, your primary focus will be developing engaging digital content that resonates with target audiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure the content aligns with business objectives. Your expertise in SEO will be crucial in improving the visibility of our client's products. You'll also be responsible for creating compelling email campaigns and informative webinars. Additionally, you'll play a key role in implementing automated customer journeys within the new Salesforce CRM system. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you work with various teams and stakeholders.

* Develop and manage high-quality digital content to support product launches and marketing campaigns

* Plan and maintain a content calendar for timely delivery of digital assets

* Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement of digital content

* Develop and execute email campaigns

* Create and optimize webinar content for HCP education and patient education

* Implement and manage automated customer journeys in the new Salesforce CRM system

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

* Engage with key stakeholders to gather input on digital content strategies

* Work with agencies and technical 3rd parties to execute campaigns within budget

* Track and analyse performance of digital content, email campaigns, and webinars

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Digital Content Creator role brings a wealth of experience in creating engaging digital content. With a minimum of 2-3 years' experience under your belt, you're well-versed in managing diverse forms of digital content from website copy to promotional emails. Your strong understanding of SEO strategies will be crucial in enhancing the visibility of our client's digital content. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder is a must, as you'll be responsible for implementing automated customer journeys. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation and management

* Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder

* Proven track record of developing successful digital content strategies

* Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization

* Excellent communication skills
