Delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business based in Hull. This is a key role within the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and offering great exposure across operations and commercial finance.

Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Partnering with operational teams to understand cost drivers and performance
Supporting stock and inventory accounting processes
Maintaining and improving financial controls and reporting accuracy
Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
Providing insight to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments preferred
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
