Position: Complex Care Nurse - Lead - Learning Disabilities
Location: Hull
Salary: 45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Care Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse. Our organization provides care and support to adults and children with learning disabilities and complex needs in the community. This is a permanent, office-based role with occasional community visits to provide support and guidance to our care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintainedProvide clinical leadership and support to the care teamDevelop and maintain care plans for clients with complex needsConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate measuresLiaise with external healthcare professionals and agenciesEnsure compliance with CQC standards and regulationsParticipate in recruitment, training, and appraisals of care staffRequirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC pinPrevious experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex needsStrong clinical and leadership skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of CQC regulations and standardsBenefits:
