You'll be part of a well-established service engineering team, as a field service engineer providing hands-on support across the UK as well as having the opportunity to occasionally cover international sites. This is a role suited to a proactive and experienced individual looking for both professional challenge and the opportunity to earn well through overtime whilst benefiting from on the job training and OEM courses.
As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Servicing and maintenance of mechanical components, gearboxes, bearings, and large industrial systems
Conducting planned and proactive maintenance programs
Providing hands-on support to customers at site, with occasional international travel
Coordinating service activities in communication with the UK-based office
The successful Field Service Engineer should have:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in mechanical servicing in heavy industrial environments
Valid UK driving licence
Both local work and stay away
