We are recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy and well-established repairs and maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Main Duties:
- Plan and schedule work for a team of tradespeople (e.g. joiners, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.).
- Ensure all resources are used efficiently and teams are kept fully productive.
- Monitor performance and take action to meet targets.
- Adjust labour and resources in response to changing workloads.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling repairs or maintenance works.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a multi-skilled workforce.
- Works well under pressure and can manage own workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of performance targets (KPIs).
- Clear and confident communicator.
