We are currently looking to recruit a Sales representative looking to develop sales and retention within an established local company. We are ideally looking for someone with a proven track record within Phone sales or a good working history within retail sales. You must be outgoing, customer orientated and have the desire to succeed and develop within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls: Be expected to make a certain number of calls daily, often following up on leads generated from marketing efforts or cold calling.
- Pitching and selling products: Effectively communicate the benefits of the company's products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Handling customer inquiries: Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
- Taking orders: Responsible for taking orders from existing customers or securing orders from newly acquired customers.
- Providing after-sales service: Be involved in addressing customer complaints or resolving issues related to their purchases.
- Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in a CRM system is crucial.
- Meeting sales targets: Achieve sales quotas and expect to meet or exceed them.
- Generating leads: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers.
