Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a long term temporary basis!
Key Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to delivery notes with precision.
- Process purchase invoices into the software system.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchase invoice queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Carry out general administration duties to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Experience with Sage Accounts is a plus!
