About the role
The Recruitment Group are hiring for a Production Operative. As a Production Operative you would be working on a busy production line carrying out repair work on vans. Your duties will include fitting panels and brackets to the vehicle bodywork, using power tools, and working underneath the vans to install or replace brackets and supports. You’ll be working as part of a team—typically in pairs—on each section of the production line to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a 12-week temporary contract with the potential to be extended or made permanent. It’s a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced production environment and strengthen your CV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fit panels and brackets to van bodywork

  • Use power tools and hand tools to carry out repair tasks

  • Work safely under vehicles when required

  • Follow production line procedures and quality checks

  • Collaborate effectively with your teammate to meet targets

  • Keep work area clean and follow health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a production, repair or assembly role
