Salary: £28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Average OTE £37,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
We are currently seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced Aftersales team at a well-established dealership in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and process-driven, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your mission is to provide a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience, while also identifying and promoting relevant products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book vehicle service appointments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Promote and upsell additional services and products.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and job cards.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and company policies.

- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a dealership or service environment is desirable but not essential.
