- Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Managing Sales Teams: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analysing Sales Data: Monitoring sales metrics, analysing data, and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing sales budgets, forecasting future sales, and managing resources to optimise profitability.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
