The idealcandidate will have a background in sales in a manufacturing environment,showcasing strong leadership and B2B skills.

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Managing Sales Teams: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Analysing Sales Data: Monitoring sales metrics, analysing data, and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing sales budgets, forecasting future sales, and managing resources to optimise profitability.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

What you will get in return
