Join a pioneering technology manufacturer with a global footprint and a passion for innovation. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to lead the Customer Service and Aftersales function, driving excellence across our clients UK and international operations.

About the Role

As Commercial Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience strategy-leading a high-performing team, optimising aftersales operations, and ensuring world-class support for our clients global client base. You'll be the key link between our customers and the business, aligning service delivery with commercial goals and growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing global Aftersales team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison with OEM customers and regional service managers to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical training to OEMs, distributors, and end users.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, keeping senior leadership informed of key trends and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including full tender and proposal responses.
  • Coordinate internal resources across support, service, and quality to meet performance objectives.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive Aftersales dashboard, reporting on KPIs and service metrics.
  • Own the financial structure of the Aftersales network, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Drive new revenue streams through value-added services such as training and product support.
