An outstanding nationwide property management company is on the lookout for someone to join the Credit Control team. They are a team of around a dozen super friendly staff that need an equally amicable person to look after the payments and processing of service charges for properties, whilst being able to offer help and advice to leaseholders and clients (with training).
This role will also include liaising with Solicitors, Property Managers and other departments too, as you'll work co-operatively with all other members of the credit control team. Your compliance skills and attention to detail will be needed to comply with the GDPR requirements of your work as well. You'll get the chance to upskill your career with plenty of free training courses available, as well as the opportunity to progress within the company too!
Salary is £24,400 + bonus + excellent benefits package (including Private Healthcare!).
A successful candidate for this role would be able to demonstrate some prior experience within a similar role and have an understanding of paying service charges within properties.
