Customer Service & Sales- 4 day working week!!Salary £22,865 + Bonus £3,000
35 hour week - 4 days per week, fixed shifts Sunday - WednesdayFully Remote Working

Hours: 35 hours per week (Over 4 days Sun - Wed)Shifts: Fixed shifts Sun - Wed, 8am start (2 x 8.5-hour shifts & 2 9-hour shifts)
Here at CCA Recruitment we are teaming up with our client who is the largest provider in aftercare for domestic appliances.
We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor who has sales and customer service experience to join their team, taking inbound calls from their customer base who will be calling with general enquiries, to update details or to book in a repair for their products.
What does the role entail:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need help.
- Assisting customers calling regarding faulty goods.
- Using your wit, charm and best sales patter to upsell our products.
- Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs.
- Helping each customer find the protection package for them.
Our client will provide you with training, you just need to provide your customer service experience and sales knowledge and I’m sure you will be a great match.

Please make note, have no pre-booked holidays will be authorised for the first 6 weeks from the start date.This is an inbound customer service and sales role where you will be dealing with the customer’s request and then upselling products.
