Customer Service Representative - Hull



Salary: Up to 26,000 per annum Location: Hull | Full-Time | Office-Based (with some flexibility)

The Role



As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, supporting them through the full transport and delivery process. You'll build strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service standards are consistently met.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with logistics, operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver seamless service.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their specific requirements.

  • Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor service performance, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process enhancements.


About You


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability.

  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office systems.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience within logistics, transport, or a customer service environment is advantageous.
