This role is based onsite at Willerby.Ā

- You''ll provide first-line technical support to customer experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi and VoIP services.Ā 

- Follow structured triage and diagnostic processes to efficiently identify and resolve common technical problemsĀ 

- Deliver clear, professional guidance to customer through phone, or email. Assist in updating customers on the widespread issuesĀ 

- Log all customer interactions, and outcomes in the system for visibility and follow-up
