We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and equipment within our facility are maintained and functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as experience with plant and mechanical systems. The Maintenance Electrician will play a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.
- Working hours – 37.5 per week 0800 – 1600
- Overtime
- During the week 1.5
- Saturday 1.5
- Sunday & Bank holidays 2
- On call allowance £1 per hour while on call, then OT rate while on site for call out.
- Will require to have an enhanced DBS check done

Responsibilities
- Legislative PPM tasks – including Emergency Luminaire Inspection, Test and Repair
- Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by technical supervisor
- Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation
- Risk assessment
- Out of hours callout support based on a 1 week in 5 rota
- Adherence to PPM schedule
- Contribution to continuous process/system improvement
- Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutions
- Attend departmental meetings as required.

- Clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure the team is achieving results.
Essential
- Fully qualified time served electrician
- Hold 18th edition regs certificate
- Experience of Trend Building Management Systems
- Ability to demonstrate multi skilled / mechanical competency
- Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel and outlook.
