As a Production Operative you will be playing a crucial role in the manufacturing process by performing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Load and unload materials onto production lines.
  • Assemble components or parts as required by the production process.
  • Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.
  • Clean work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist skilled operators or technicians as needed.

Experience and Requirements for the role:
