This is an exciting opportunity for someone with administrative or technical experience in financial services who is eager to build a long-term career in paraplanning — with full support and a clear path toward qualifications and progression.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Paraplanner, you’ll work closely with experienced financial planners and paraplanners, assisting in delivering high-quality, independent financial advice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing suitability reports and documentation
  • Conducting product research and gathering information
  • Assisting with cashflow modelling and technical analysis
  • Supporting advisers with client preparation and review packs
  • Participating in structured development to become a qualified Paraplanner

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a financial planning support or administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
  • A genuine interest in building a career in financial advice
  • Ideally working towards or keen to start Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude
