We are working with a well-established food manufacturing business who are seeking to appoint an experienced NPD Manager to join their team at their site in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving innovation and delivering exciting new products.

You will be responsible for managing NPD, EPD and VAVE projects from concept through to handover, ensuring that all products meet customer, consumer and business expectations. The role will require you to lead and manage development projects and site initiatives, ensuring timelines, specifications and budgets are achieved. You will manage the full stage gate process, provide regular project updates, and support the development team in generating innovative product ideas. In addition, you will work closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate recipes and yields are delivered to agreed timescales, and you will attend post-launch reviews to provide insight and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years’ experience as an NPD Manager within the food manufacturing sector, along with strong technical knowledge and experience of working with retailer NPD systems. A degree in Food Technology or a related subject is also required, as well as a proven track record of delivering projects to specification, budget and deadlines.
