Head of Registry

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Head of Registry based in Hull.

This role is on a permanent basis and is hybrid basis.

The Company

We're working with a business that's a leading Further Education client in Hull area.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Head of Registry- To support the Vice Principals for Curriculum and Quality and the Senior Leadership Team to provide high quality management, leadership and guidance across the Higher Education curriculum, with responsibility for the quality of provision, the development of curriculum, research, scholarship and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the registry, including student records, curriculum records and assessment records
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for registry operations
  • Maintain accurate and up to date student records
  • Organise and facilitate key meetings, panels and with board members
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data collected and maintained by the registry
  • Develop and implement data management, systems and processes
  • Maintain effective communication between students, staff and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures

The Individual

  • Previous experience in safeguarding training
  • Previous knowledge of FE Sector
  • Able to demonstrate improving Head of Registry and raising standards
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in similar role
