Your background:

• We are flexible on sector background. It could be anything from engineering, steel, construction, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarry etc. we are looking for a head of Sales who is conscientious, an excellent coach/mentor and has he ability to really shape a role.
• We need someone commutable to the Hull, Goole, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Grimsby region. Head office is near Immingham. As this is a leadership role, you must be within 40 miles approx. of Immingham so you can be in the office leading the team when not out with customers
• Ideally you will have experience of a sales process that has a bidding / tendering / complexity
