We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to support one of our clients through a Workday Financials implementation. This is an initial 3-month contract, offering a flexible, remote working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP cutover management, with prior experience in leading the cutover phase of large-scale financial system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the cutover process for the Workday Financials implementation.

Develop and execute cutover plans, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday.

Work closely with project teams, ensuring that all technical, business, and data migration requirements are met.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that all cutover activities are delivered on time and within scope.

Troubleshoot and resolve any cutover issues that arise, escalating where necessary.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience managing ERP cutover processes.

Strong understanding of the cutover lifecycle and best practices.

Workday Financials experience is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
