Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and making a difference in children’s lives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:-
Supporting the lead teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons

Providing guidance and one-to-one assistance to students across subjects

Helping develop curriculum materials suited to individual learning needs

Supervising children during lessons, playtime, and group activities

Experience working with children or young people in educational or childcare settings
-
Good understanding of SEND and how to adapt learning methods accordingly
-
Team player with strong communication skills

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
