Resident Liaison Officer Retrofit Projects

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference to peoples lives and the environment? Were looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a growing team delivering energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects across the UK.

You'll be the friendly face and first point of contact between residents, site teams, and clients, keeping everyone informed, projects on track, and standards high.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating appointments and updates with residents.

  • Supporting project teams with scheduling and progress tracking.

  • Managing key documents and ensuring compliance.

  • Helping ensure smooth delivery of insulation and retrofit works.

  • Using internal systems to log updates and reports.

What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in housing, construction, or community-based roles.

  • Great communication and organisational skills.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • A proactive, people-first attitude.

A full UK driving licence is desirable due to site travel.
