They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their team in Hull.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Undertake site visits to ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
- Prepare tender packages, documents, and specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external team members
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects across a range of sectors would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
- Strong technical and detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Hull area
