Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and complete deliveries are made in accordance with customer schedules.

  • Play a key role in achieving departmental KPIs including stock accuracy, on-time deliveryand delivery precision.

  • Assist with and participate in audits and inventory checks as required.

  • Address and implement containment actions for logistics-related issues arising from quality investigations, audits, or customer complaints.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance, particularly for automotive delivery standards.

  • Actively contribute to the standardisation of operations by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Operate independently while offering guidance and support to team members as needed.

  • Use systems and Microsoft Office effectively to generate pick sheets, stock check reports and support other administrative tasks.

  • Promote and maintain Health & Safety responsibilities, support company targets and ensure compliance in your area.
