Were looking for a skilled and motivated Project/Site Manager with a background in electrical or gas infrastructure to manage large-scale energy efficiency works. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards, while helping residents and local authorities decarbonise homes for a greener future.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and who brings technical knowledge, leadership, and a passion for doing things right.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading day-to-day operations on retrofit sites across the UK.

  • Managing electrical or gas installation projects from the ground up.

  • Overseeing subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure top performance.

  • Ensuring strict compliance with industry standards (e.g., NICEIC, Gas Safe).

  • Maintaining detailed project records, timelines, risk assessments, and reports.

  • Conducting quality checks, toolbox talks, and site audits.

  • Acting as a key liaison for clients, residents, and internal teams.

  • Using project management tools and software to track performance and ensure smooth delivery.

What Youll Need
  • Proven experience managing electrical, gas, retrofit or utility projects.

  • Recognised trade qualifications:

    • Electrical: AM2, 18th Edition, NICEIC etc.

    • Gas: ACS, Gas Safe etc.

  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.

  • Confidence managing multiple sites or workstreams simultaneously.

  • Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.

  • A full UK driving licence.
