Lead the ERP upgrade at one of the group's core manufacturing businesses

Own the transition end-to-end - from scoping and stakeholder buy-in to implementation and training

Work directly with senior leadership, operations, and IT

Be on-site in Hull regularly to make things happen where it counts

Proven experience leading ERP or major systems transitions in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong knowledge of operational workflows - raw materials to finished product

Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
