Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Compressor Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air compressor systems and associated equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain air compressors and related systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with air compressors or similar mechanical/electrical systems (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).


Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
