Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client's supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals while supporting the development of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and newly qualified OT staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to OTAs and newly qualified OTs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to supporting junior staff and promoting professional development.
  • Availability for office-based work (minimum 4 days/week).
