Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our clients team. This role is a job share, requiring you to work two days a week (Thursdays and Fridays) and cover holidays as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Provide holiday cover for other reception staff as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
