Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Hull area as they look to recruit either a trainee or an experienced payroll professional into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in payroll? Responsibilities:
  • Processing a variety of payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
  • Managing key admin tasks such as new starters, leavers, and contract changes
  • Training to handle PAYE queries and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
  • Supporting with compliance and legislative responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing your own client portfolio and workflow over time
Support & Development:
  • One-on-one mentoring from experienced payroll professionals
  • Full training on systems, processes, and compliance
  • Support and funding to pursue your CIPP qualification
  • Clear career progression opportunities
Who We’re Looking For:

You could be:

  • A school or college leaver, graduate, or career changer
  • Already working in payroll and looking to level up
  • Motivated, organised, and eager to learn

What you’ll need:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A–C / 4+)
  • A positive attitude and a desire to build a career in payroll(No prior payroll experience required — we provide full training.)
