Various shifts from 6 hrs plus.

The ports operate 7 days a week giving opportunity and flexibility to working patterns.
What is the job role of a Port Operative?
Stafforce port operatives support the UK's supply chain from discharge to distribution.
No two days are the same in shipping and a port operative may cover many different roles which include:
- Stevedore / Quayside duties
- Plant driving including Tugs
- Traffic Marshall and Vehicle banksman
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in similar role such as port operative, stevedore, plant driver, vehicle banksman, slinger banksman.
