- Managing two other contracts managers and allocation of tradespersons
- Overseeing the management of multiple insurance claims from start to completion
- Managing in-house tradesmen and subcontractors
- Programming, sequencing, and sourcing materials to effect successful repairs
- Controlling labour, subcontractors, and material costs
- Conducting site visits for meetings with policyholders and tradesmen
- Office based planning and communications.Â
- Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role with a strong background in building trades.Â
- Experience of insurance re-instatement would be a great advantage
- Excellent communication skills within the team environment
- Experience in a similar customer facing role within the building trade is advantageous
- Experience running a team of trades people would be an advantage.
