Our long standing client is looking for a conscientious, disciplined, and hardworking quality Technician to support the production process. The role would ideally suit someone who is looking to progress their career in a quality administration role and who is looking for an opportunity to progress towards a broader quality role in the business. This progression will be dependent on current experience and competence in the role. Training will be provided for the correct candidate.

Our long-standing client has developed a Production and Service Support application to support the production process. This sets out the operation sequence and build quality standards to be followed through production.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Production and Service Support (PASS) app, including configuring new products, ensuring production information is up to date, and liaising between software developers and users to continuously improve the application.
  • Final product quality checks of finished product before being released to the customer.
  • Producing and maintaining product operator manuals
  • Administration of vehicle homologation, including maintaining the company’s “Whole vehicle approval” documentation, and arranging and administering Individual vehicle assessments.
  • Defining, clarifying, and helping to ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Administer the NCR system to support the production and purchasing departments.

This role will report to the Production Manager.

Salary expectations of around £15 per hour (£30k per annum) based on a 38-hour week.

25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays per year.
