Your new companyA national high-end fit-out company that has a great reputation in their market is looking to bolster its commercial team.Your new roleYour new role as a quantity surveyor will involve the following work on projects valued between £250k to £5m:·Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations·Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers·Producing formal quotations to customers·Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines·Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database·Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information·Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliersWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need a good background working as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, have strong commercial skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.What you'll get in returnYou will be onboarded by an experienced and motivated team who have seen great growth over the past couple of years and have established themselves in the fit-out sector.
