Our nationally renowned client within the construction industry is looking to appoint a Quantity surveyor to add to their ever-growing team to support in process and post contract services.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful quantity surveyor will have a number of diverse schemes to get involved in from construction, healthcare, education and industrial. You will be given the opportunity to work on exciting and varied developments while having the opportunity to develop professionally with unrivalled support and training opportunities.

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification

• MRICS or currently working towards

• Professional background in a consultancy setting.

• Previous experience in healthcare and/or education projects would be advantageous.

• Competence in managing projects from inception to completion.

• Willingness to participate in design team and site progress meetings as needed.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimates and tender documents.

• Ability to verify valuations accurately.
