We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the Hull area for a Compliments, Complaints & Information Coordinator.

This is a key role supporting children, young people, and families by ensuring feedback, complaints and information requests are managed effectively and in line with statutory requirements. You'll be the first point of contact for complaints, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate responses to Ombudsman and Freedom of Information requests.

  • Experience in complaints handling and customer feedback processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of children's services, education, or SEND (desirable)

Expected Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Contract: 3-6 months (Expectation of ongoing extension)

Rate of pay: 18-22
