Front of House Security Officer
Location: East Hull
Contract Type: Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (Start and finish times are flexible)
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
Are you a confident, professional individual with a passion for customer service and safety? We are currently seeking a Front of House Security Officer to join our team working on a fast paced industrial complex in East Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, staff, and contractors
- Conduct site tours for contractors and new visitors as required
- Monitor access to the premises and ensure security protocols are followed
- Conduct regular patrols and report any incidents or irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Respond promptly to emergencies and liaise with emergency services if required
- Support the smooth running of front-of-house operations
Requirements:
- Must have Valid SIA Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, presentable appearance and a professional attitude
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or security role is desirable.
