Regional Social Care Trainer - Yorkshire & Humberside

(MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AS TRAVEL IS REQUIRED BETWEEN SITES)

We are looking to appoint a talented Trainer to deliver face to face training to a large and growing staff team across Yorkshire. The company is a well-established social care provider.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the delivery of face to face on site training whilst also writing new content and courses, keeping up with ever changing legislation.

You will be an experienced Trainer or hands-on Training Manager who is motivated and exited about employee engagement and staff development. The company is committed to delivering face to face training, meaning employees benefit from a more personalised development plan, encouraging interaction, engagement and feedback.

You will evaluate the training needs across the business, and then build the training plan and strategy looking forward, aligning with the overall strategy and vision for the wider company. Training will encompass everything from new starter company inductions and include mandatory courses.

Candidates must be able to provide certification and evidence of relevant training qualifications in Health and Social Care.
