Role: Maintenance Support (Enhanced DBS Required)
Location: HU7
Hours: Early shift 6am - 2pm, late shift 1pm - 9pm
Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Caretaker to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, proactive individual with a strong background in caretaking. The role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
- Porterage tasks such as parcel deliveries
- Completing PPMS as per contract
- Adhering to the company's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
- Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation
Additional requirements:
Full enhanced DBS required
