About the Role:

Join our dedicated Children's Team at Hull Centre as an Advanced Social Worker! You will carry a complex caseload including Child Protection (CP) and court work. This role requires strong case management skills and the ability to support less experienced team members in their development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ?? Manage and carry complex cases involving child protection and court proceedings

  • ?? Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers

  • �?? Prepare and present cases effectively for court

  • ?? Ensure high-quality assessments, care planning, and timely visits

  • ??????????? Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to safeguard children's welfare

  • ?? Use your expertise to influence practice and outcomes within the team

What We're Looking For:
  • ?? Experience managing complex child protection cases and court work

  • ?? Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues

  • ?? Strong knowledge of child welfare legislation and safeguarding practice

  • ?? Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • ?? Commitment to delivering high-quality, timely social work interventions
