About the Role:Join our dedicated Children's Team at Hull Centre as an Advanced Social Worker! You will carry a complex caseload including Child Protection (CP) and court work. This role requires strong case management skills and the ability to support less experienced team members in their development.
Key Responsibilities:-
?? Manage and carry complex cases involving child protection and court proceedings

?? Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers

�?? Prepare and present cases effectively for court

?? Ensure high-quality assessments, care planning, and timely visits

??????????? Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to safeguard children's welfare

?? Use your expertise to influence practice and outcomes within the team

?? Experience managing complex child protection cases and court work

?? Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues

?? Strong knowledge of child welfare legislation and safeguarding practice

?? Excellent communication and organizational skills
