We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with a strong background in ecommerce to join our team on a three-month contract. This role involves rigorous testing of new features, functionalities, and payment methods on our ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct manual testing of new features and functionalities on the ecommerce website.
- Test new payment methods to ensure they integrate smoothly and securely.
- Perform end-to-end testing of the ecommerce process, from browsing and selection to checkout and payment.
- Work closely with the development team to identify, report, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure that all features perform according to specifications and meet quality standards.
- Document testing phases and defects for improvement in future iterations.
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, specifically in ecommerce environments.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce sites and their functionalities.
- Experience with Bloomreach and Vue frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
